Good product . The bottle is big for small pills. But these pills gave me more energy .

This product is great, I started using it before my wedding last year, and dropped about 30lbs within two months, I of course dieted and exercised as well but this really makes a big difference. I stopped taking it, and gained weight again, I started taking it again about a month ago, with diet and exercise- I've lost about ten pounds already. I take it with a meal, to avoid stomach upset, but you feel a difference within the first few days of taking it.

Really like these will get them again. They are easy to swallow. I seem to be having better gut problems and my hunger is not near as bad ok these will be staying on them.

Over all good value. You can feel the difference with your body processing food and higher levels of energy throughout the day.

I have been taking these for a while and I can feel more energy afterwards. It helps maintain my current weight and is great for an extra energy boost in the morning. There is no bad taste and the pills are thin enough to swallow easily.

Always love this supplement. In my opinion, does smell a bit like vinegar but that’s not an issue for me. It’s a great value and does give me energy throughout the day. It has helped with the mid afternoon slump I was in. I would recommend this item.

Gave me upset stomach and horrible constipation. I took it for months and I really think it did more harm than good. I actually lost 60lbs after I stopped taking them.
