having spent alot on mouthguards this one wins at the moment, its easy to fit a very comfy to wear.only issue is that an item like this should at least come with a case as even the cheap basic ones come with a case

Re-mouldable
This gum-shield is really good for people wearing a brace, as you can re-mould it, so it is always a good fit, protecting teeth shapes that are changing. It is more expensive to buy, initially, but can be reshaped many times.

A must have for grapplers
This mouth guard is the best one I’ve used in 20+ years of grappling. It allows you to adjust the shape as well as speak while you have it in your mouth. It reshapes easily and lasts quite a long time. I have purchased several times
