Customer service was good. With the exception I did not get a full refund. I returned it because it was not a 4ohm speaker. Also it did not fit my enclosure. The company is very responsive.

The basket on the speaker is a little too big

Giving the product 4 stars primarily because of the strong customer support provided by Soundtown! I purchased the speaker based upon the listing description details and solid reviews. I was surprised the speaker I received did not perform well at all (as advertised/documented). I concluded the speaker was defective because it seemed to only manage about 25 watts of power. I contacted Soundtown immediately and in the end they provided the return shipping and full refund. Great support work! I advise anyone considering the purchase of ANY speaker to do their homework. Contact the manufacturer to get their recommendations on the enclosure design, etc.

When it comes to the world of building speakers, even the most diehard enthusiasts need help from time to time, especially when Soundtown has the incredible selection that it does. Well, Anthony was there with me from beginning to end answering the most complex (and admittedly some annoying) questions. I wasn't too familiar with Soundtown, so the extra help really made me feel comfortable and the product I received was astounding. The quality of this speaker (especially for the $) was second to none. If you are an audiophile and are in need of some replacement speakers for your cabinets, your search is over.
