Very pleased with this product. I ordered the High Kit which comes with all the add-ons but therefore came in eight separate boxes. The boxes arrived within 2 to 3 days which was well ahead of the estimated delivery date. Assembly was not complex, mostly just time intensive given all the bolts and parts to put together. Once together, everything seems very stable. I didn't have any issues with any parts fitting together. My kids absolutely love the playset.

Easy to build though it took a couple of days. We had a blast assembling it together and are having even more fun playing on it. Durable, strong, and easily withstands a beating from four kids and all of their friends.

It was alot of work tiring 3 days but worth it my grandkids and the neighbor kids love it all day in the sun need to put on the slide then we’re done thanks

Pay attention to directions. I assembled 99% by myself(63yr old Grammy) but not recommended. Customer service is NON EXISTENT!!!Bought set in May, finally got it assembled Sept, missing a jungle line ring (no customer service for parts) Slide middle section has crack after being up 2 weeks.(NO CUSTOMER SERVICE)Flawed design. Jungle gym part is good, I like. Swings are too close together and too close to jungle gym(base camp), swings are not adjustable. Hanging bar and rings are not adjustable and very high. The slide is in 3 sections. BOO! The center section has cracked and it’s been used maybe 20 times by 4 yr old. The slide is extremely steep. All grandchildren are afraid, ages 2,2,4,7. But the 4 yr old loves it now. But like I said cracked. The hanging bridge is cool. All kids like. The monkey bars are ok but the design for exiting the monkey bars to jungle gym doesn’t allow for a safe and comfortable dismount. The jungle line has the same issue as the monkey bars, no safe and comfortable dismount to base camp. I got the entire set. I WOULD NOT recommend the swing attachment or the jungle line. The money bars are so-so. The slide I really wanted to like but 3 sections makes it unstable and very steep. Watch lots of videos and reviews before purchasing. After having it all set up I think I should have just opted for a wooden set. And I will restate, CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST! I expected more from Skywalker, but live and learn. Buyer beware.

I contacted Amazon with a question (couldn't contact seller). I was told the seller would contact me within 24 hours. I'm still waiting WEEKS later. I had to wait for help to put it together, so this weekend is the weekend. It's going smoothly except not all the nuts/bolts were included. Directions are not always accurate. The sturdiness is great. Look is great. It does NOT take 2 men 2 hours to put the jungle gym portion together. It took 2 men, 2 women 6 hours. Why? Again, directions are always accurate, so we had to start over several times. It was also shipped in 7 boxes on 3 different days. I had no idea how many boxes would be arriving. Amazon didn't know, and Seller never contacted me.

It's a nice swing set, but plan on it taking WAY more time to assemble than what is in the instructions. Not all of the pieces fit together correctly (lots of pulling and pushing to get screw holes and brackets to line up) and the instructions were not super clear for multiple steps. It seems like pretty good quality, though, for a reasonable price.

This is a great jungle gym and my kids love it! Holds up better than our past play-sets made out of wood.
