Product experience is quite good. Installation experience was quick and seamless . Technician has provided instructions clearly on usage.

They cancelled installation without any reason. I needed it on tight schedule and now I am stuck with it.I get it installed from local mechanics and now it is not heating. I do not know how to set up the geyser without proper technician who never visited. Better to go for any other alternative with better customer service rather than getting into this trap.
