If you are serious about your acting career, this is a MUST-READ book. I was half expecting a lot of hype and jargon, but because I'm attending one of Bernie's Masterclasses next month, I thought I should read this book. Boy, am I glad I did! Not only is if packed with truth and invaluable information, it was like a mirror to my soul...!Although I know this review might sound rather soppy and gushy, there are not many books I have read that have had such a profound impact on my thinking, feeling, and outlook on life. If you want to be an actor, want to be a better actor, or simply want a better life, if you don't read this book, you probably aren't serious about it, and you will probably miss out on living the true, full life you are capable of.Thank you Bernie! I truly think you have saved me from an early grave!xx

Just finished the book, wow what an amazing piece of writing. I learnt so much from the book by just reading it. It gave me so much insight into myself into acting, I can't express how good it was. I was unable to put it down. The exercises were so informative and straight to the point. It has become a bible for me and I will definitely be recommending it to everyone i know and meet! If you want to act and want to know what book to buy, buy this. It is worth it I assure you. This book is revolution and having met the author, I know it works.

This guy is actually my acting coach and mentor anyway and the book pales into insignificance against the man himself. Through him I have unlocked a lot of my personal barriers in my acting work and he has helped me more than he will ever possibly know. This book is basically the embodiment in paper form of the work he teaches in his class.Love it.
