Bad product and service by Amazon and Vendor
The earphone one side stopped working in 3mths. This product is under warrant so I wrote to vendor and they asked for original tax invoice and the invoice shared by Amazon at the time of purchase was insufficient to claim warranty. I called amazon 5 times but no one helped me and now the product's warranty has expired. Bad service by Amazon and vendor.

Microphone needs to be better.
The microphone is absolutely useless, making phone conversations impossible. While the audio quality is adequate for listening to podcasts and similar content, it doesn't meet the standards for music or movies. However, if you're looking for a budget-friendly USB-C option primarily for podcast listening, it serves its purpose reasonably well.
