Works great! Wish the employee did!
This replaced a mini PC, monitor, and the like to help clean up a salesperson's desk and eliminate cords. Works great! The employee, however, he's much slower than this AIO solution. LOL

Product failed but seller provided great service and a timely return
Although this product was an out of box failure, my overall experience was made much better due to the seller's prompt responsiveness and willingness to fully handle the issue. Refund was processed immediately. Poor product experience, but a great experience from the seller from a customer service point of view.

So far so good
Only have it for weeks so far, but everything seems working well. It was not hard to assemble, good screen size, everything seems to be working well and no complaints as of yet. The reason I took off one star is because there is nothing at all in the instructions or set up booklet about the so-called charging station. I did not even know what the slot on the base was... it was not identified. I figured it out by the other reviews/questions on here. There is nothing about how to use it (does it take iPhones? Only Androids? how do you place it in there?) so that would be my one complaint.

You are charging me a "restocking fee" when the computer did not work! What?
I bought this computer for our church. We have a professional technician on retainer. He found problems immediately upon plugging in the system. BUT he could not upload the data from our current machine at all. I RETURNED THE COMPUTER BECAUSE IT DID NOT WORK. I CANNOT BELIEVE I AM BEING CHARGED A "RESTOCKING FEE!" Very POOR customer service from Lenovo and from AMAZON.

Fast computer
It was easy to set up, it took may 15 minutes. It works a lot faster than my other computer did. The price was very good, best investment I’ve made in a while.

Bought this for my mom and she just loves everything about it. Great images and easy to work on.

plenty of USB ports but with terrible access.
like all Lenovo products, the instructions SUCKED. no verbiage just tiny pictures in a manual half the size of a postcard. the computer came with 5 USB ports. 2 are on the side and can not be easily accessed without turning the computer to see what the heck you are doing. the other 3 are buried in the back behind an access panel that make turning the computer to get to the side ports seem simple in comparison. once it is up and running, it is very fast - not sure if this is due to Windows11 or the solid state drive.
