The quality is exceptional

It’s easy to drink with hot water. I don’t understand what health benefits I’m getting out of it so I’m not sure if I’m going to continue. I’m on my second or third month now so I’m not sure.

It seems to be doing the job…it just doesn’t mix with water

Tastes awful but I feel loads more energy

I'm a recent convert to shilajit but am very impressed with it, I started seeing results in just five days - in my skin, no less. I was shocked.I prefer the resin, which is what this product comes as. I don't much like the wooden spoon, I prefer the tiny metal spoon that came with another brand...but the process is the same - I scoop out a tiny spoonful and hang it in my coffee cup. I drink my coffee black and never notice the taste of the resin.I highly recommend this (though I think they should change to a metal spoon), and it's a reasonable price. It's a tiny jar but it lasts about a month.
