Great formula. Taste is slightly different to the older stuff but still very tasty. Mixes well and doesn't leave any funny after taste. Definitely notice the next day when I haven't had it.

Have used this for years with good results. They have changed the formula a bit and the taste is a bit different but still effective and palatable after a hard session.

Bitter front of mouth taste, typical of vegan powders, smothered by overpowering flavouring. The flavour is so strong you can smell it before you open the bag. No self respecting vegan would think of using this ultra processed stuff so should just go back to the old REGO which I used on long distance walks for many years. Scoop size is not accurate, i.e. 1 scoop is more than 25g. Wont be buying again and would not recommend.

I've been using REGO for years after medium-distance runs, to replace calories and avoid feeling like a zombie, and it's worked well. I actually quite liked the old chocolate flavour (which was, contrary to other reviews, also vegan! they just advertised it less conspicuously), but the new chocolate flavour is a bit nastier. I recommend the vanilla flavour though! And the new formulation mixes a lot better, no more lumps of powder in the bottom/lid of my mixing bottle.

Amazing product. Over the last 8 years I being using this product. I do race and I find the best for my recovery. Even after 5consecutive day race at very demanding hills this rapid recovery always make me be ready for the next day. I also noticed that since the packaging has being changed and also the formula I can tell is even better than before.

I have found no issue with the taste as some other reviews have, the taste is still much better than other proteins I have tried. Mixes relatively well into water.

Big fan of SIS products, have used the old REGO chocolate product for a few years until running out so thought I’d try the new. New recipe - Odd taste… doesn’t really taste of chocolate, tastes watery & gives abit of a chemical after taste like too many sweeteners. Not great. Will try it abit longer as feel this product helps post workout & aids recovery next day, yet hope SIS listen & look again at the recipe. Why change a good product?
