Performer laptop, value for money
I am happy with the laptop, since you get what you paid for.Expect these in this laptop:1. No Kayboard light2. Though it says that the display is HD, but the display is not upto the mark. Colour looks different when you change the viewing angle.3. Sound quality is quite good4. Battery life is moderate. My other i5 thinkpad lasts longer with similar usage. Charges pretty fast with its 65watt charger5. It is slightly heavy due to it's metal body

USB and HDMI Port Issue
HDMI Port Not working after 15 Days. Service center re directing to local service station telling Motherboard need to be replaced, without checking Laptop !

MS office missing
product description says that it comes pre installed MS office home and student 2021, but its just a trial version it seems, you have to buy MS office, the license is not valid

Product key
I got this laptop without product key, there was problem in window activation and I didn't get any positive response from customer care of either Amazon and Lenovo after long struggle I returned this laptop. Bad experience.

Only 6 months warranty
When I received the laptop, six months warranty is already completed. I raised ticket with lenovo but there is no help from them as well.
