Love glass beads. They look so much better than the cheaper plastic ones. Love the sparkle they have. Color are awesome!

If you are planning on trying to make anything of only one or two colors, you're going to want to buy 2-3 sets. You receive between 75-85 beads per color which is perhaps a teaspoon full, or 1,- 12-13 inch strand per color. 1 strand of this size bead is usually a dollar at conventions, (before tariffs) so this equals 24 strands of average quality chinese glass beads. It is a very good price and would cost easily 35.00 if all was purchased separately. It will appear far less than you are envisioning for 2,000. It's a very nice kit, colors come presorted in a container that locks on 3 sides and is hinged on the other. You will also receive about 1000 low quality gold toned plastic spacer beads, a bag of alphabet beads, and a bag of misc clasps and earring findings. I wouldn't use them unless you want your ears to turn green. You also receive a small spool of elastic thread and wire for stringing. A very good value for the money, the extras are really just to bulk out the purchase and I wouldn't use them unless this is intended for a child under 12.

I'm a jewelry designer and these are NOT 4mm beads. They look more like 2mm and are so tiny I need tweezers to pick them up. On the flip-side this is an awesome assortment of colorful beads for any size and they come in a secure storage case, along with beading thread and gold bead spacers. Would be a great Christmas gift for a child or beginning crafter.

Please disregard the lower left of the picture, I'm gathering beads to make someone something. PROS: Great beads, they are colorful, real glass, they come in a handy box with separations to organize. CONS I did not receive my crystals, and the letters are weird...there's it's, 12 z's, no a, b, or c, or L If you plan on making a bracelet with the same color beads, you'll need 2 of these because there's only 8 of the same color. I really hope this helps someone else.
