Runs small
Run small. I have the middle height ones size 12 and the 12 didnt fit. Needed a 13.

Rough first day, but Fantastic second
I love 511 Tactical shirts and slacks and have been a fan for a long time. I also have my collection of 511 boots that I wore out until I couldn't wear them anymore. This is a great product. The first day I wore the shoes I had my doubts, it seem smaller than the size I order and it was a rough day for my right foot. Then midday My left foot. A minor inconvenience, but noticeable in my walking. I decided to tough it out a little more and i DID. Then some how and some way by days end it seemed to adjust itself around my feet. Talk about breaking a new shoe in.Day two a completely different story, only a minute discomfort that went away my midday. I don't understand it, but the shoes fit really comfortable now.

Clunky but good
Shoes do run "small" in length. Had to order one size up for appropriate length. However, they are also "boxy," so they appear a bit clunky and have extra space on the top of the toe box that's a bit annoying. Finally, all of the above make them heavier than they appear in the photo - these are NOT sneaker weight shoes. That said, I wear them every day and appreciate the support and "good enough looks" for daily, casual office work.

These are great shoes/boots and I tried to buy them through 511 and they didn’t have my size and they were $60 more expensive

Look good but uncomfortable after 2 hours
These look good, nice leather and strong laces. But after 2 hours of wearing them around my house my feet hurt. This soul feels like stone. Hope they will let me return these.

Good looking, small size
Goodness....couldn't get them in wide and trying to get them on felt like a smaller women's shoe. Got my foot halfway and sent them back!

Best work shoes
5.11 brand product says it all. Durable. Good return policy. Low key professional Appearance. Overpriced. All worth it. In Security, I have to possess the First object of Professionalism: Visibility and Appearance. Of all the Tactical gear out here to buy, 5.11 and Propper are the best ones to buy.
