Took 2 like it said,I think it's cleaned a little too well, day after something feels very sore feels like my intestines have been turned inside out , it's done it's job maybe a little to well, well at least I don't need anymore

Does what it says on the tin
This stuff saved mu life!! Because of my extensive medication I was frequently constipated, in AGONY with pains in my left lumber & down my left sciatic nerve to my knee. One in the morning & one in the evening does the trick. More effective & gentler than Dulcolax &Sennokot. It does what is says on the tin!

I take medication for pain but unfortunately one of the side effects is constipation, despite a diet high in fibre. I thought that I'd give these a try as I was looking for something natural to help. Taking the maximum recommended dose of two capsules, three times a day, has had no discernable effect whatsoever. I'd be happy to pay the rather high price of they worked but should have remembered the adage "if it seems too good to be true then it usually isn't" . Total waste of money.

Ich habe schon mal im Ausland Aloe Vera Darmreinigungskapseln gekauft, die eine sehr gute Wirkung haben. Leider gibt es die nicht in Deutschland zu kaufen, daher hatte ich diese ausprobiert. Leider absolut keine Wirkung. Ich hatte die Kapseln eine Woche ausprobiert und jetzt steht die Packung hier, Geldverschwendung

Was ist das ? !! Englische Beschreibung wäre noch in Ordnung, aber ich habe nur dies bekommen ohne Verpackungsbeilage und Übersetzung! Ich kann nicht ein Wort entziffern und weiß garnicht was ich da bekommen habe! Ein „no go“ für Amazon
