Excellent quality, fine ground powder.I will be purchasing again
Came very well packaged as a pleasant smooth, slight sweet smell. It is ground to a fine powder. No clumps came fresh a tight heavy duty ziploc bag, you can reseal it. Works great with making breads, cakes and pies. It has a lot of health benefits to a lot more that regular flour does not have. and it gives it that extra bit of sweetness while you're getting a dose of potassium, it's an excellent price too, and it was a very good quality, I will be purchasing this again.

Made me some nice sweet potato brioche
Used this to make some sweet potato brioche. Dont have the recipe, sorry. It isn’t a straight sub for regular flour so do your research before attempting. Also the bread I made was not gluten free, just a disclaimer if you try to make it gluten free and it doesn’t come out like my picture. Oh and I also used actual sweet potatoes as well to make the color deeper.

Good in a Pinch
This was a good brand of Cassava flour. It is a different consistency than the one I was used to. I used to get the Terrasoul Brand and was looking for a replacement since I can't find that one anymore. This one seems to need less water than the recipes call for or you have to add a lot more of the flour to it and it just doesn't taste the same as it's supposed to. The texture is a lot lighter, not as dense. Doesn't have a smell or anything. It is more white in color than some of the other thicker cassava flours. I use a lot of different grain free flours since I am on an AIP diet so I have tried many cassava flours. This is a good flour just not exactly what I was looking for.

Helps me with satiety along with some other things
I take it with my morning & afternoon protein shake. Seems to help me be a little more satiated along with a few other things. I’ll share the other things in case there's a synergistic effect, but I was already taking the other things before adding this about 2 months later & this addition has been notably beneficial. More info than you’ll need on the other things, but eh whatever, like I said I’ll share in case there’s a synergistic effect: MCT Oil, EAA’s, Whey Protein Powder, Relora, Berberine, glycine, fish oil, olive oil, electrolytes (I just make my own from magnesium, Baja gold salt & potassium so I can better control the amount & it’s cheaper), one of the following or a small mix of the three: (small of each so it isn’t overly calming) L Theanine, Lemon Balm Extract, Rhodiola Rosea. I also take fiber, but probably just in the morning on weekends, sometimes weekdays, just depends, and then always in the late afternoon/early evening (either PGX which works really well, Glucommanan or Fenugreek). And then there are some other things like OEA, that aren’t as consistent, but I’ll leave it at those.

Only purchase this if you like eating dirt!
I wish I hadn't ordered this. I just found out I can't return it and it's absolutely horrible and an enormous waste of money! I made pancakes with it using half regular pancake mix and half orange sweet potato flour. I thought I was eating dirt! I absolutely can't figure out a way to use it in anything else. I'm just really sorry I purchased this.

Sweet potato flour
Terrific pancakes and waffles. Breads are a bit dense but still good. Banana bread was yummy. Does not bother my friend who has celiac disease and is allergic to so many things. The waffles are so good I would buy it just for that. I have one of those little waffle makers and I make waffles instead of toast. An egg on top. Great breakfast. Make the batter up day before, keep in the fridge.
