Studs for athletics shoes
Not a lot you can say about these to be honest! 1/4 inch (just over 6mm) cone shaped spikes, suitable for track shoes. Probably the maximum length spike you're allowed to use on an indoor track (less restrictions on outdoor I think). Sturdy key for insertion and removal. Happy to recommend.
