The Four Pepper Blend (red blend) is definitely hotter, at 70k-100k Scoville heat rating. The Hatch Valley Green (green blend) is milder at 40k-60k Scoville heat rating.

Is it really HOT!!!!!?

Hey! The Four Pepper Blend is about 80-100k SHU, so it's a medium heat level. It also has a really well balanced flavor profile that is very versatile and can be used in a wide variety of dishes. What is the typical shelf life?
