This is a great tea. I drink one to two cups a day, great for lung health and has a nice taste without adding anything to it. I have been purchasing this for over a year now.

Whenever I get gunky with mucus in the back of my throat I grab my Mullen tea and feel the relief almost immediately. So yes it is effective. I usually add a bit of honey as I like the taste. For this reason I feel the tea is worth the money.

Bought this to help bring down my liver labs, wanted a more natural way to do this. This helped and will keep buying.

I AM NOT A TEA DRINKER BUT THIS WAS TOLERABLE, I MAINLY USE THIS IF I AM NOT FEELING WELL, DOES HELP WITH MY BREATHING DURING THOSE TIMES.

The taste is OK! However, it didn’t steep well. In order to experience the fullness of the tea, you have to let it steep for an hour, or so. I will try a different brand for this reason.
