Excellent quality pan
This is my 3rd Tower Cerastone pan. I bought the larger frying pan and the saute pan, was so impressed with them I had to buy this to use as an omelette and steak pan.These pans are easy to clean, great heat distribution, and non steak.I do only wash by hand, which I think is helping to keep them in great condition.

Good buy
Just bought and thought I'd made a mistake because of other reviews. Before cooking add a little oil and rub with kitchen towel. I've been making omletts and they glide off.

Love these frying pans
Love these frying pans!! I have a set now. No need for oil. Good non-stick coating. Very easy to clean. Good value even though a bit expensive!!!

Ok at first....
I loved this pan at first however after only 6 months use it is no longer non stick and have to constantly tighten the handle.

really strange product
I was set to order just about every Tower product when I received the small frying pan, the non-stick was simply unreal, fried eggs literally slipped around the pan and scrambled egg production was a dream, for one week. Then having dutifully washed and dried the pan as gently as humanly possible each time, all of a sudden, absolutely no non stick properties were apparent, eggs literally stuck to the pan like I have never ever known, literally practically impossible to clean, I have no idea why, so I can't rate this pan at all which is a shame.

Needs no oil or butter to cook with.
Great little pan, ideal for small meals, fried eggs, bacon etc. Eggs just slide off the pan. Only needs minimum washing.

Tolle Pfanne
Ich habe mich leider beim Kauf der Pfanne bei der Größe vertan, weil ich dachte, der Durchmesser betrifft den Boden, aber das war ja meine Schuld und soll nicht die Bewertung der Pfanne schmälern. Ich bin damit sehr zufrieden, nichts hängt an und sie hat einen tollen Boden, der absolut plan auf dem Kochfeld steht. Gut aussehen tut sie außerdem. Ich werde sie mir noch in größerer Ausführung kaufen.
