It's to Flip for!
Okay, this stuff is as hard to find as hen's teeth, and there is a LOT of criticism about supply not meeting demand. However, we have become so accustomed to having things immediately, and to our personal specification, that it seems to be difficult for some to be able to actually wait a few weeks for a product that I personally think is worth waiting for. I first heard about this product line while listening to Neal McDonough being interviewed on Mike Rowe's "The Way I Heard It" podcast (on Amazon Prime Music!) and was immediately intrigued. He's a year older than I, and like me, practices a healthy diet/exercise regimen to keep old age at bay (I'll consider myself middle aged when I hit 60 in three years). He was touting the benefits of this supplement package as part of his athletic regimen to get in shape for his movie, "The Last Rodeo", mentioning how the effects included reduced joint pains, better mental acuity, and overall improved digestive health. Mighty claims from a powder concoction, sir! Well, I tried it, and just like the intrepid Mikey from the old Life cereal commercials, I LIKED IT! A week's worth of enjoying what the hip cats call "the ol' double flip" (that's two shakes a day, or the equivalent of one bag), I did indeed feel a reduction in what has been for several years a nagging ache in my shoulders when I do my exercises. Fortuitously, there was no bloat or digestive discomfort when taking this twice a day (unlike some protien-heavy supplements). It was truly a great "flip" for my health regimen! Mixing the 2 scoops of product into 10oz of water, I use a Voltrx shaker bottle to do the job (also available here on Amazon!) *pro tip- try mixing the vanilla flip shake powder into 8-10oz of coffee for a morning breakfast boost! Oh boy, that's good stuff! There is no clumpy, grainy clods of product that you have to keep re-stirring or mashing against the side of your cup to convince it to break down in the liquid. Huzzah! Finally a supplement that you can simply mix and drink without swearing at it, or chewing it just to get it down your gullet! Now, the "bad news" (which is actually temporary, don't stop reading just yet; you've come this far already!) I have a feeling that Neal's enthusiastic endorsement may have triggered a minor tsunami of interest in this fine company, and his blathering on about great health benefits and smooth creamy taste without the bloat; well, he brought it on himself! (with a deferential wink and nod; I do NOT want to raise the ire of the good Mr. McDonough; have you seen how ripped he is?) The supply ran low, but the great folks at FlipMyLife persevered and ramped up their production to meet the instantly expanded (and well deserved) interest. I am now a subscriber, and did have to wait an agonizingly impossible two weeks to get my order; but I'm truly not complaining, as I have mentioned at the beginning of this lighthearted missive, the product and its benefits are well worth the wait! (your results may vary, batteries not included)

Very pleased
I am very pleased with this product. The taste of the chocolate is fabulous. It’s a little chalky, but what protein drink isn’t. I feel great. I don’t have to worry if I’m missing some vitamin mineral today. The ingredients look great. I will definitely buy again. Might try the vanilla then I can put instant decaf coffee in it and make it coffee flavored. Bottom line is delicious. Makes me feel good and gives me energy without stimulants.

The Best Protein Supplement I Have Used
I'm 72 years old, spent 34 years in the Army as an Aviator. I'm am not a normal user of protein supplements, in spite of the fact I worked out with weights and aerobic 3-4 days per week from 2014-2020. If you do the math, I was 61-67. I was working for State in Iraq for one year and Afghanistan the next. I retired in February 2020. I returned home and kept my workout routine for 2 more years, until I had stem-cell on five lower discs. Have not worked out since. I was 200 lbs and 10% bodyfat when I returned. I got food poisoning on 7 January 2026 on about the 9th I got this flu in Vegas. In the first five days I only ate a couple of tomato/cucumber salads. I got on the scale, and my weight had dropped to 157 lbs. Because I had not been working out since 2022, my weight and muscle mass had already decreased to 180 lbs. I found this on Instagram. Received my order 3 days ago. I used 2 scoops of the chocolate, a handful of frozen organic strawberries, a handful of ice, and 1.5 cups of A2 organic mill. I belched the rest of the day. Did research and read that it can take your digestive system 1-2 weeks to adjust. They recommended using 1 scoop for a week. This stuff is the only thing I can consume that doesn't cause massive mucous right now. Also, it the only thing I can consume right now that makes me feel better and not worse. I could only get the chocolate the same day. I have two bags of the vanilla coming in 2 weeks. There is NO other supplement that I have thought was worth the bag it in which they are sold. This will most likely become part of my regimen for the rest of my life. P.S. I am waiting on my preop for knee replacement.

Taste is terrible
Honestly I expected this to taste way better it’s chalky and the flavor is bad Ive tried mixing different fruits different milks added flavor and it’s just bad! All the reviews I saw said that it was great and it’s not, wish I could get my money back it’s difficult to drink, I don’t believe I will use the rest of it - very disappointed

1 scoop not 2
I like this enough that I will buy again. I only use 1 scoop and use coconut milk and ice. Since tge holidays are here i am using my dairy free eggnog, so delicious. Sometimes had peanut butter or banana. Thought strawberries might be good. I have found more energy and I am not taking my pre and pro biotics or digestive enzymes so saving me money. I am intermittent fasting so drink this in my eating window when I don't want a meal. So my suggestion is try one scoop at a time it is much better and it will last longer. Mix it well until it is smooth. I don't have any problems with it tasting chalky or gridy. It's taste for me is much better then any other protein powder drinks I have tried.

Good but pricey
I don't normally eat breakfast so this was my replacement for that and it was nice. Greater taste and kept me full longer. The problem is if you order one bag based on the serving size that on lasts fifteen days so the you have to pay for two just to get a months worth.

Great Meal Replacement
It definitely works great for meal replacement. It does mix better if you add something frozen to it. I have to add a little more vanilla to it because I mix it with cold brew.

This tastes great!
This arrived today so I gave it a try. I love it! I do not like whey protein products at all because they upset my stomach and cause bloating. This product tastes good and is very easy to drink. I did not have milk so I simply put spring water and ice in it in the blender. Love the taste! I will do an update after a couple of weeks of drinking these to share how they made me feel and results. So far so good.
