Works when you don't want to run a cable
I use this for my nintendo switch so I don't have to run a cable through the wall. It works well and was easy to set up. I've had no connectivity issues so far.

Simple and Reliable Wireless 4K Streaming
I’ve been using this wireless HDMI kit to stream 4K content between my devices, and it’s been a real time-saver. The setup was quick, and I love that it eliminates the need for messy cables running across the room. The video quality is sharp, and I haven’t noticed any major lag or drop in connection during use, which is great for streaming movies or presentations. The transmitter and receiver work smoothly with a simple switch between devices. The only thing I’d say is that the range could be slightly better in larger spaces, but it works perfectly in medium-sized rooms.

Good Product
This works great in a small home or apartment. You would probably want something stronger in a home any larger. The connectivity is good. Overall a good value for the price.

So far works great
It was more than I wanted to pay but worth it. Living out in the country internet is hard to get to work right but this has made a great help to that issue. Definitely a good purchase

Very easy to connect and use
I got this package with one transmitter and one receiver. The receiver has a large base with two tall antennas attached to the base unit. The transmitter is much more compact with a HDMI connector and a USB-C port for power. The whole setup is very easy to use. It just plug-n-play. I used this device to send my DirecTV signal to my second TV and it worked well. The sound and video synced perfectly and I can't even tell that it is wirelessly connected. I like this setup and I highly recommend this product.

Before You Buy This, THINK About Why You Need It!
I confess that I did not give a great deal of thought as to my plans for using this Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver. The only time I really use an HDMI cable is when I want to connect my laptop to my television or other monitor. And yes, it would be convenient to not have to get a long cable to make that connection. It was only after setting this up, (by no means just a simple plug and play, you need to follow sometimes complicated directions) that I realized that it performs no more of a service for me than my Chromecast or Amazon Fire wireless connections. Yes, I was able to screen mirror my phone, and I could also cast a video or music using this, but between Chromecast, Fire, DLNA, Roku, etc., there's multiple options I already have.Yes, if I were giving a presentation before an audience and needed it shown on a large monitor, it would be convenient to not have to have a ridiculously long cable. But I don't give such presentations more than maybe once a year, and this is not an inexpensive tool.IF, however, you decide you need and can use this, it works quite well. It does help to have some understanding of what this is trying to accomplish (the big picture), which will help you understand the setup process more intuitively. But even if you don't, the unit comes with a pretty good instruction book, and if you are successful at making an initial connection, it will show you on screen what you need to do to connect. This appears to be well-built and it worked well once set up.So if you know how you'll use it, I can recommend. But just make sure you know what you will use it for.

Older, bulkier design but still good 4K support, does NOT support 3D, uses WiFi channels
This seems to be an older revision of another unit I recently reviewed (ASIN R3HI3OBW4JFHVZ), and has most of the same characteristics. It's physically bulkier with awkward antennas on the receiver box, and I couldn't get the firmware upgrade to work, so I'd strongly suggest going with one of the newer versions. The transmitter on this unit can be powered by the HDMI input cable, but the receiver MUST be connected to a USB socket. As noted above, the receiver is bulky with cumbersome antennas. I had no issues connecting 4K@60Hz *BUT* the units would not carry 3D (1080P@30Hz) no matter what I tried. That ended up being a deal-killer for me, but I doubt it's an issue for most folks.Do be aware that the receiver creates a WiFi hotspot and uses that for connection to the transmitters. This allows use of your smartphone or other device to connect directly to the receiver, *BUT* it also means you may have interference with or from the WiFi networks around you. You should be able to connect to your own WiFi network and upgrade the firmware, but on this unit I got an infinitely spinning wait symbol when trying to upgrade - which seems consistent with it being an older revision chipset.Installation was "plug and play" simple, when properly connected the receiver outputs a screen full of graphical and textual information to your display which goes away once a transmitter connects and provides a video signal.Despite good functionality, newer revisions are available at similar pricing without some of the physical and software issues, so I can only give this a 2 star rating. If you happen upon one at a bargain basement price, can handle the bulky receiver design, and don't need 3D then this is functionally a good buy - but not at the current asking prices.
