Outstanding Flavor!
Don't get me wrong I like the original sriracha a lot. The green has a very different flavor profile. It has more of the basil, lemongrass, and lime going on. It's great on Asian food and it's my new go to for burrito's. I like to dip a grilled cheese in it as well. Great price too!

Flavor was not for me, it's a big bottle which is nice value for the money if you like the sauce.But I wouldn't purchase again. this all comes down to personal preference.I'm an avid spice eater, but I would say this did not have much of a kick .

Spicy Asian sauce at a great price!
This is really good! Definitely tastes "Asian" and a little spicy. Not so spicy that you lose the taste of it - just enough. Works great on a lot of foods. Be great on rice or as a topping or marinade for proteins.And 17 ounces for under $6? You can't beat it! I recommend highly!

This sauce is incredibly unique and flavorful. It’s super ginger-forward, which I absolutely adore, and has a distinct kick without being overpowering or too spicy. I’ve used it on various dishes, but my favorites are Asian noodles and pot stickers. It simply adds a massive burst of flavor that I’m in love with. It’s on my list to use as a dipping sauce for hot pot and on some chicken nuggets the next time I have them - so the possibilities are endless. A little goes a long way, just like regular Sriracha, so if you’re undecided about getting this, do it.

Requires Refrigeration
I'm a fan of this green sriracha. I think I prefer the taste of normal red sriracha, but this green sriracha has a nice, bright acidity where red sriracha is a little deeper and slightly smoky. I could use this on everything that I'd regularly use red sriracha on (which is a lot).My only gripe is that this Roland Foods Green Sriracha requires refrigeration. We're always low on fridge space, so I prefer other srirachas that are shelf stable and can be left at room temp.

I don't know what would make this sauce a sriracha sauce.The only thing it has in common with traditional sriracha is the heat level, but the taste isn't great.It's very bland but also has a prominent and overbearing ingredient that overpowers the rest. I'm not sure what it is but it makes it taste kind of musty.If you enjoy the flavor, you do get a nice bang for your buck since the bottle is quite large. I would recommend this for folks who don't like the slight tang of original sriracha

Tasty!
I'll start by saying I can not handle spicy sauces. This sauce isn't spicy to me at all. It has a green chili flavor,with just a hint of spice. It is so tasty in a variety of dishes. I had it on tacos,and let me tell ya,it was AMAZING!

Tangy + Sweet?
Definitely not your traditional sriracha that many of us might be used to, but that doesn't make this any less good. It's tasty in its own way with a kick of tanginess, spicy, and even some sweetness. Delicious on noodles and a little more liquidy.
