20 speed settings and plenty of attachments make this a life saver. It's pretty quiet and not to heavy. I definitely recommend starting at slow speed and working up because higher speeds really rip lol. Lower back areas and thigh I find I need the upper speeds but neck and shoulders feel better at a lower speed. I haven't really tried all the attachments because the round one is padded and really works well everywhere. Great price as well!
