Awesome chair 🙂!!!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: The chair is of a nice comfortable size, that is fluffy friendly... Looks: The chair looks great and moves around with the greatest of ease... Back support: The back is just right for and I am 5'6"... Plus the leg support to the back of the knee is great, not like most chairs that cut off support about mid thigh... Build quality: The chair was easy to put together 🙂...

Nice Chair!
It's a very nice chair & comfortable. I really like the wide seat - which is nice for long sitting time while I am working on my website. It was easy to put together and the directions were straight forward. I do wish it had more lumbar support, but I do understand that wasn't one of the features. Overall, for this price, it is a really nice chair.

Clumsy packaging or shipping. Issues with brief clacks coming from the structure.
Came in good condition on the outside, but the gas piston was activated on the inside; broke through the interior box and tried to damage the chair. Managed to get it completely assembled, and it sits great. Classic spring recliner, traditional gas piston height adjustment, and I don't have to worry about not having room to cross my legs in it. Edit: The chair definitely smells like it came from a factory somewhere that had a machining odor to it, so give it some time to air out. Edit 2: When I sit on it, it makes little clacking noises that are pretty loud, as if the screws are coming loose from the chair, or something or another. The chair is still sturdy, but I'm hoping I don't have to find out how sturdy.

Didn’t even last ten months
Had it less than a year and the wheel popped off and it’s not able to be reinstalled.

Great Buy!
This office chair is so comfortable and it’s built for all sizes. The instructions are not the greatest, but it is very simple to put together. Just remember that the bigger screws are for the bottom of the seat, lol 😂

A Grand Criss Cross Chair
The assembly was kinda straight forward. The only issue with the assembly instructions was when connecting the back section to the seat section; the back's metal plate goes under the seat's metal plate and mine was a snug fit. Be careful with the allen wrench as the metal is not as strong as the bolts. I keep all of the the past tools included with past purchases and I had a backup allen wrench. The seat is very comfortable. I would get a fabric chair over the PU leather one I got because the PU leather gets a bit warm for my taste, but will be easier to keep clean. Overall I highly recommend this chair and this seller.
