Woodsy, Earthy Tea; Did I Feel Destressed? Sure!
Listing: EidolonGreen [China Medicinal Herb] Albizziae Cortex Tea (Mimosa Tree Bark/合欢皮/Hehuanpi/합환피) Dried Bulk Herbs, Non-GMO, Caffeine-Free,15 Bleach-Free Tea BagsEidolonGreen [China Medicinal Herb] Albizziae Cortex Tea (Mimosa Tree Bark/合欢皮/Hehuanpi/합환피) Dried Bulk Herbs, Non-GMO, Caffeine-Free,15 Bleach-Free Tea Bags I love me a good hot cup of tea, especially in the fall and winter. So I thought I'd give this one a try. It's well-packaged, with sturdy teabags. I do appreciate pre-bagged tea, as it saves me a step or two in prepping and cleaning up. This tea, which comes from a tree bark, tastes a little woody/woodsy, but not in a bad way. It's refreshing and subtle. Supposedly this tea is good for de-stressing and relaxing. I definitely did feel the tension leave my body, but there's both the placebo effect and the fact that a hot cup of tea always helps me relax. So, you decide. I will enjoy the rest of the teabags in this packet. Definitely worth a try if you struggle with stress.

I think it’s worth it.
I purchased it on a whim. Yea it doesn’t as much licorice taste as I’d like. But it does help me relax. I think it’s worth the buy. Sometimes I add some honey or some cream to change it up a little. But it’s still helping me to find a little peace in my anxiety.

Works well for that time of the month!
Tasteless but I notice the past 2 times I had my cycle it was a breeze. No cramps like I’d normally experience, no nausea, no terrible face breakout. And I knew the only thing I was doing differently was drinking this tea for 1 week straight before my cycle... I am not sure if it’s the tea but it’s definitely my observation. Whether u drink it hot or cold it just has no taste lol put a lil sugar in and u can taste something lol it’s nice. I do this this is worth 5 stars!

It's not licorice. It is calming. It looks as advertised.
There is a confusion on the packaging. It says 100% licorice root on the bag, and I was disappointed because I don't like that flavor. But it's not licorice root and doesn't taste like that at all. Presumably it's mimosa tree bark, as advertised. The teabags have quite a bit of very dry stuff in them, and it's even suggested you can brew several times from the same teabag. As for the benefits, I don't know. It has a calming bland taste, and a slight calming effect. It's not like lotus leaf which just takes me down hard. I could drink this and continue to be productive, which is good isn't it?

Tree bark tea.. no liccorice.
Well, I tried this at least three times.. The first time it was not appealing, the second time it was ok, the third time, well I wanted ice tea, and that diluted it too much. I honestly didn't know what to expect, so I did some research.. The bark of this tree is used in all kinds of ancient Chinese pharmacology. What I read is that is has been used to help with melancholia (depression) There are a ton of purported other medicinal uses That may all be very real, as a "tea" it seemed kinda earthy,, and I will keep on trying it. Note, that this is not licorice anything. It wasn't half bad, and who knows, it may just help, I just wish it had a bit more flavor.

Relaxing Herbal Tea with a Subtle Flavor
Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) Review: I’ve been drinking the EidolonGreen Albizziae Cortex Tea for a couple of weeks now, and it’s become part of my evening wind-down routine. This tea is made from the bark of the mimosa tree (Hehuanpi), which is known in traditional Chinese medicine for promoting relaxation and emotional balance. I was curious to try it for its calming benefits, and so far, I’ve had a pretty positive experience. The flavor is mild and earthy, with a slight sweetness that doesn’t overwhelm the palate. It’s easy to drink on its own without the need for sweeteners. I appreciate that the tea bags are bleach-free, and the product is labeled non-GMO and caffeine-free, making it perfect for evenings or when I just want to relax without a stimulant effect. In terms of benefits, I do feel a gentle calming effect after drinking it, though it’s not a dramatic change. It seems to help take the edge off stress and improve my mood slightly. However, this might not be strong enough for those looking for immediate relief from anxiety or insomnia. Pros: Mild, pleasant taste with no bitterness. Caffeine-free and suitable for evening use. Bleach-free tea bags and non-GMO ingredients. May help promote relaxation and emotional balance. Cons: The calming effect is subtle, not dramatic. Might not be effective for severe anxiety or insomnia. Limited instructions on the package about brewing time. A bit expensive for just 15 tea bags. Conclusion: If you’re looking for a natural way to unwind with a light, pleasant tea, this Albizziae Cortex tea is worth a try. Just keep in mind that it’s more of a subtle, relaxing drink rather than a quick fix for deeper issues. I deducted a star because the effects are gentle, and the price is a bit steep for only 15 bags. However, I appreciate the quality and purity of the product, and it has earned a place in my relaxation routine.

An interesting Tea
The bag states this is licorice root tea, not mimosa bark tea, so I’m unsure where the confusion came from on the label. The tea itself has. Lot of bark in each bag, and it is suggested to brew several times per bag, which is nice. The flavor is fairly gentle and earthy. It seems to be a good quality tea. In terms of health benefits, I didn’t notice any particular change after drinking, but it is still a solid tea experience.
