Bought this as my cat injured and needed to be caged... came in shopping bag and then opened it just popped out but you then put in 8 plastic coated metal rods and it stays up really well. Plenty room for bed, cat litter tray and food.. Has zippers front door and back door in centre to easy access your pet and zipper roof tops opens nearly all way round for easy cleaning.. Lovely bright colours and like the word 'HAPPY; on front. Ideal for birthing mothers too and kittens and puppies but the mesh would easily tear with playful ones so do supervise... Fantastic price. Cat carrier cost more.. My cat was settled and happy recuperating in her beautiful pen... eating, drinking and using her disabled tray too..better than a dog metal cage too. Easy to wipe clean.. Will keep this forever..Highly recommend.

Sadly not very fit for purpose. The mesh is not durable, can be torn up by claws in no time. The supports are thin metal struts which do not stand up during any kind of energetic play from the kittens. When they jump on it, the entire structure folds under them. Can be dangerous if one kitten is inside and others jump on top. Very lightweight, can get blown away if using outdoors in windy conditions. After a few days I requested a return as I could see the item was neither useful or functional.
