Nice and sturdy

While this provides a touch of sophistication to a ponytail, these do not hold hair by themselves. They have a metal prong that secures to one's hair tie already in one's hair. It is still nice, just not what I was expecting.

Not sure why the hate on these? It literally shows the prong holder in the item pictures. Which probably will last waaaay longer than an elastic hair tie.I have thick, long hair, that is always up while chasing my twins. But I still like to look put together while out and about. I love this comes with a gold and silver option, as I’m always switching between them. These give my old ponytails a little flare. A little scared the prong would be delicate and break, but it didn’t, even with my adjustments to cover my elastic tie. Very sturdy and stylish. These are a good buy!
