Defective product
The media could not be loaded. The product is not usable because it is having a defective bearing. Since the defect was detected after the refund period I know you are legally not bound for anything. If and only if you could send me another bearing the product could be used. Otherwise it is useless for me. I would presume you are cheating people with such poor products.
