I used the original scent. I had not used this before. I was hesitant to order but my "go to" was out of stock so I ordered this in the gallon size (I was brave!). I didn't use it until I finished up my other stuff but when I did, I was duly impressed. You only need a small amount, a misting, if you will, but it takes odor out well. I use both cloth pee pads underneath AND disposable pee pads on top that are held down with a pee pad holder. Sometimes a bit of poo goes over the side especially with the senior gal. While I have a half dozen cloth pee pads, I try to wipe up any poo that misses the disposable pad, so I am not washing and washing the cloth pads; well, this stuff took the staining off the cloth pad in a nano second! That impressed me having dogs for a lifetime and always looking for the next best item to keep everything clean and sanitary.

I bought this specifically for my little chihuahua’s outdoor space. I have artificial grass in a small yard, and over time it can get a bit unpleasant. This cleaner worked really well to freshen things up and left the area smelling clean without being overly perfumed. It’s easy to apply, and I liked that it rinsed away without leaving residue behind. I haven’t used it on carpet so I can’t speak to that, but for outdoor pet use it’s been a reliable solution.

Seems to work alright. It does help eliminate the odor. I have a 16 yr old Doxie that is bordering incontinent. I have the lavender scented one as lavender is usually my go-to for everything but it does NOT smell like lavender at all 😅 Nozzle remains loose no matter how much it is a tightened though.

This is by far the best urine removal product I have found! Not only does it remove the odor, it removes the urine by converting it to a non-sticky substance that washes/rinses out! Works great for both animal and human urine leaving a pleasant smell in its place. Great product!

::It actually works compared to other brands::BUT READ this is what you have to do fill your spray bottle 1/4 the way with fluid, then top off with water, very potent mix. Dont spray on your carpet dump the bottle straight onto the pee stain on your carpet about 4x the amount off pee. Let it soak the carpet all the way down to the pad.LET IT SIT FOR 4-6 hours even over night if you want. Grab your carpet shampo machine dry only suck up as much as you can.Then use an actual carpet cleaner to apply a nice clean sent cause this stuff smells terrible.Do it this way and it will ACTUALLY, completely clean and get rid of your dog/ cat urine. In carpet or rugs or whatever.You can’t just spray a little or use it in a machine that only applies to the top layer. Get it down in there!I have tried so many different cleaners for urine that doesn’t work. I’ll be stickin to this one from here on out.

Did it work? Not for me! Did it remove the urine? Well, maybe, maybe not. I have solid surface floors that my cat had peed on multiple times. I wanted the smell of urine gone. The smell of the product was so overpowering that I had to open every window & door. The urine smell wasn’t noticeable when I used the product, but the Urine B Gone smelled so bad I couldn’t stand it & never used it again. I’d ordered the citrus thinking it might be pleasant. No! It didn’t smell anything like citrus, just strong & overwhelmingly unpleasant!It may remove urine & stains from textiles, but it left a stain on my floor & stunk up my house.It was a waste of time & money for me. Disappointed!😢Update: I may not have liked the product personally, but the Kinzua company stands by their product. They contacted me & offered a reimbursement. Awesome service!

I'm renting out a furnished room and my tenant/roommate got a new cat that was extremely territorial - she peed on my couch FIVE TIMES and peed on the mattress. I tried other solutions, nothing worked. This, however, saved both. Not only is the smell gone, but the stains are gone too.Here's how we used it - we mixed 1.5 cups of water into each gallon of warm/hot water and poured it over the couch/mattress with a bunch towels underneath to catch the drip. We essentially saturated the entire couch/mattress. It took a couple of days to dry, but once it did, the couch was back to normal THANK GOODNESS. We ordered another bottle to do a second soak just in case, but we were probably fine with one.

my beagle passed two months ago from cancer, and leading up to that time there was a lot of inside pee accidents from all the meds. since then i have tried everything to get the pee smell out of my carpets with little success, or even some methods making it worse. steamers, expensive carpet shampooers spending six hours working at it only to find when it dried the smell and staining was worse! you name it i tried it.finally i tried this. FINALLY A SOLUTION!!for three nights in a row i sprayed this on the whole carpet- very liberally. like really got it wet. let it dry for 24 hours and did it again for three times. then i did a quick steam clean with my shampooer. the smell is 90% gone so far. so i will do this cycle againi think maybe for the people who say this didnt work, you have to consider how bad your carpet might be and maybe how many layers of urine staining you might have. my sick dog would pee over the same spots ALOT from the steroids so i knew it was a few layers deep. it may take several attempts and i do think it is important to really get the area wet.thank you for saving my carpet !!!! and our noses !!!
