Visually acceptable but inaccurate fitting instructions and mounting method not strong enough
Looks okay but the lamp assembly is only attached to the wall fixing using a thin circular metal cover plate to which the supporting rod is attached which droops slightly due to the overhanging weight. The instructions are not for the actual product provided and are written in poorly translated English. The instructions refer to luminous flux and Epistar chip, odd given there is no bulb and no electronics in it. Extra support such as very large washers may sort the fixing issue.

Look AMAZING! Recommended +++
These look AMAZING in my new ensuite. Can’t speak for ease of installation as I had them fitted professionally. Definitely would recommend. Great price when compare with similar from non amazon sites. Second time I’ve ordered light pendants from amazon and they’ve come up trumps both times!

Shade to heavy for fitting
Loks nice, but it sags as the arm is not strong enough for the lamp shade. Have tried a few things to rectify but pretty sure its design and not me

Quallity
I was disappointed with this product, the back plate is so thin, when you fit the glass the light then sags with the weight of the glass so it is impossible for the light to be straight. If they only put more support in the back plate this light would have been a good buy.

Looks nice but the arm movement seems faulty .
Very disappointed the arm which screws into for movement up or down does not screw on so cant use this feature my husband had to tape it on or it dangles , we have it in an outside summer house or i would of returned it.

Fittings instructions typically awful. Main issue with main arm struggling to take weight of shade. And due to quality of glass, brass retaining screws can’t be used as they would chip upper rim.. look ok but can tell they are cheap imports
