I’ve been using the ROVE R2-4K DUAL Dash Cam for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed with its performance. The video quality is top-notch — the front camera records in stunning 4K, and the rear camera delivers crisp Full HD footage. The STARVIS 2 sensor really shines, especially in low-light conditions, giving clear and detailed night recordings.Setup was a breeze, and I love that it comes with a FREE 128GB card — no need to buy one separately! The 5G WiFi is a game changer. I was able to transfer videos to my phone in seconds using the app, which is super convenient.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this ROVE dash cam for about 4 months now in my F-150. It’s on every time I drive, and it’s just worked. No weird issues, no headaches.Setup was simple. I used the included suction cup mount (which I prefer over adhesive because it won’t mess up my windshield). It’s been stuck in place since day one — hasn’t moved or fallen once. I used the car charger, didn’t bother hardwiring. It came with a big SD card too, so I didn’t have to buy anything extra.Video quality is sharp — day and night. It picks up a wide view, and I can clearly read license plates when I download footage to my phone. Audio’s solid too… maybe too good. I turned it off after hearing myself sing and swear one too many times.The app works great. Super quick to connect over Wi-Fi, and pulling videos is just a couple taps. Just remember to connect your phone to the ROVE Wi-Fi first — then open the app. I’ve downloaded clips straight to my photo library without any issues.Only downside? It’s a little bulky. I tucked it behind the rearview mirror and set the screen to turn off after 30 seconds, so it’s not really in the way.Bottom line: if you’re fine with having a visible camera on your windshield, this one’s a win. Good video, easy to use, and does exactly what I need it to.I only included the forward facing camera in the attached video. The quality is 100x better on my phone. I think i did something wrong when I transferred the file from my phone to computer. Oh well, it gets the point across.

I recently upgraded to the ROVE R2-4K DUAL Dash Cam and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The picture quality is absolutely fantastic, crystal clear footage both during the day and at night, thanks to the STARVIS 2 sensor. It’s a noticeable step up from my previous dash cam, which only had a front camera.The price was very reasonable, and the included 128GB memory card made it an even better value.Setup in the car was simple, and connecting everything through the app was smooth and intuitive.The addition of the rear camera was a major upgrade for us. The only slight challenge was running the cord through the car and hiding it neatly, definitely doable, but took a bit of time. It would be amazing if the rear camera could connect wirelessly via Bluetooth in the future.All in all, this is a fantastic dual dash cam. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable video quality and easy setup at a great price point.

When I ordered this camera, and ran into an issue about the unit, Rove Customer service was amazingly helpful into resolving and even shipping a new unit when the old one wasn't working as expected.Quality of video during day for front is really good, and acceptable for back camera.At night, the camera is good at slow speeds but in back camera the plates aren't visible. But that's all Dash cams that I researched before buying this one.Easy to install and works as expected. I didn't hardwire it, just used the USB port.

I am an auto injury claims adjuster and I see sooo many fraudulent claims everyday of people lying about what took place to cause auto accidents. As well as a lot of hit and run claims. So I really know the value of having a dashcam for insurance claims purposes, and wanted a quality dashcam that would record the front and rear of my vehicle.So far this little jewel fits my needs perfectly, and EXCELLENT value for the money. Very easy to install and set up. Picture quality is clear plus it has a lot of great features including offers to record sound, speed, and timestamps the video, and adjust the recording loop. All of the settings are easy to set up and the camera itself is easy to operate.The screen can be adjusted to show the front or rear camera view. And it has Picture in Picture so whichever view I chose as primary I can still see the other view in the corner of the screen.Added bonus is the storage disc it comes with. I could also use wifi and easily view the videos on my phone. However when using the camera wifi I can’t also use the car wifi at the same time. So I wouldn’t be unable to use my car apple play to listen to music and streamline my phone hands free to my car when I’m using the camera wifi feature. But that’s fine with me I prefer to rely on the memory card instead.It was very easy to hide the wires in the weather stripping and headliner of my suv. Just tuck in and use the little tool included to keep it all straight and neat. The YouTube video helps to give idea of the best way to hide the wires and give a pro install appeal.The hardest part of the install for me was the rear camera. Simply because I wanted to make sure I was getting the best camera view; while also not obstructing my view or having to much wire showing. I wanted to keep the aesthetics of my car in tact as much as possible and the rear camera is pretty discrete. I made the mistake of touching the wrong side of the little static cling sheet and it didn’t work for me. So I ended up just mounting the sticky directly to my rear window.

I got this both on sale and as a used item but was brand new just didn't have the original wrapping to seal the box. Pretty happy with the camera itself since it was so easy to install and even hide the wires for the most part. Well worth the money. Video looks pretty good. Speedometer is pretty accurate. Would buy again.
