Well written. Needs more sample questions and less wording. On a budget, I would recommend hitting the Pearson's medsurg practice book as it covers everything and has a psychiatric nursing section. More bang for the buck and more sample questions.

This book was an amazing supplemental study aid. I purchased it for a great price, and received it fairly quickly in the mail from the seller. I learn best by writing and rewriting and answering practice questions. This book really helped me with that. My professor actually recommended this publication! Boy am I glad I purchased it!!
