Sticky sticky sticky!
I’ve been a fan of Cryogrip plates since they came out and this orange one seems to be the best. I’ve got other Frostbite plates but ordered this because I like orange. I didn’t expect it to be the stickiest of the lot though! The key to maintaining its superior adhesion is to wash the plate with hot water and dish soap then rinse well. Be sure to select “textured” in print settings because the slicer will lower the nozzle to be a little closer to the bed. I think this plate is great and I'm buying another for my X1C and P1P. I just wish BIQU would make the orange plate for the H2D!

Not Functional
While I LOVE the finish this plate appears it will give I CANNOT get this to work on my P2S, I have tried multiple times and PETG will NOT stick to it, causing it to build up on the nozzle and start creating a blob of death. I followed the instructions and even cleaned it to no avail, I REALLY want this to work as the plates finish looks amazing but I cannot recommend it as if left unattended it will 100% cause a blob of death and destroy the print head.

The orange Frostbite is the best plate you will EVER buy!!!
I have had pretty much every brand and type of build plate made and this one tops them all by a mile. If the best of the other brand plates are a 10 then the blue Frostbites are a 100. If the blue Frostbite's are a 100 then the orange Frostbite is a 1,000. On the rare occasions that a print has an adhesion issue or failed support on the blue Frostbites, then, I will print it on the orange Frostbite and it works every single time. I had a print of a custom design for a set of Deadpool mask eye covers and could not get it to print successfully. I oriented it every which way, tried it on my X1C, P1S, Prusa's, and my A1's and got fail after fail even on my Glacier and blue Frostbite plates. First shot on my orange Frostbite and it reached out and grabbed ahold of the covers and didn't let go until they were done and they turned out perfect. I tried them again on my other plates and fail after fail but perfect on my orange every single time. I can't say enough good things about this plate so I'll stop rambling and you can stop searching. These are the plates you are looking for!!!

Great for PLA, not PETG
This prints PLA great and at the advertised lower bed temperatures. My issues arise when I switch to PETG printing. I encounter the same issue as another reviewer here, that regardless of the bed temperature, the PETG doesn't stick and pools into a blob on the nozzle. I've tried raising the bed temperatures, but it gets to the point where it negates half the reason for buying it, which is to achieve lower bed temperature printing. Disappointing as the plate texture is great but this particular matte orange version of the Frostbite just doesn't work for me with PETG, unfortunately.

It sticks!
Not the same finish as the blue one they offer. I expected it to have the same sheen since its the "same" but different color. I wanted it because its orange but id buy another blue cryogrip before id buy another orange. Dont get me wrong cause the adhesion is good...

No more spaghetti mess
Had the blue ones might as well try the orange with new Bambu p2s. We use these on everything. No brims no glue needed . Less worry and no waking up to failure spaghetti mess. Worth every penny. They seem to last quite a long time. We do recommend using a heat gun if you get any bits stuck to the plate you can't get off .warm it up gently and use a plastic scraper comes right up without damaging the plate learn this the hard way.
