Fast delivery
I ordered this on the 19th and was expecting it to be delivered between 24th and 27th June, it arrived on the 20th, brilliant. It was well wrapped and no damaged parts, it was easy to put up and is just what I was after. Seems well made as well, very happy with it.

GREAT AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE
Brought this awning and also the 3m Manual Awning and both look great. The 2m awning developed a problem when winding it down. I emailed Primrose and their response was quick. When I sent pictures of the problem they sent me the part I needed within the week. They checked with me to see if things were now working ok. All through my dealings with them were polite and dealt with my concerns quickly. The awnings are great and look really good when up but it was especially nice to know that there customer service was just as good as their product.

Lovey canopy
Love this canopy, easy to use once up, very heavy needs 2 people to put up, keeps the sun out of the room, instructions are easy to understand.
