This product had multiple defects. Holes that don’t align, missing holes, holes that aren’t big enough and also all screws are mixed. Not very helpful at all.

I’ve been working with the Robotic Arm, and I absolutely love it. The build quality is solid, the servos are very accurate and responsive, and the programming options make it a great platform for both beginners and hobby engineers who want to dive deeper into robotics. Setup is straightforward, and it’s easy to expand with custom add‑ons. For example, I added a 4x20 LCD display using the SCL and SDA pins. Just a tip for fellow builders: be careful with A4 & A5, since those are tied to I²C — it works beautifully once you map it correctly. To give others a head start, here’s the hardware I/O map for my configuration: Uno 6CH Knob Shield V1.1 I/O Map (included with the base kit): Gripper Servo(0): Pin 7 Wrist Servo(1): Pin 6 Elbow Servo(2): Pin 5 Shoulder Servo(3): Pin 4 Base Servo(4): Pin 3 Aux Servo(5) (added): Pin 2 Red Pushbutton: Pin 8 Yellow Pushbutton: Pin 9 Open: Pin 10 Small Buzzer: Pin 11 Open: Pin 12 Smart LED: Pin 13 Pot 0: Ain0 Pot 1: Ain1 Pot 2: Ain2 Pot 3: Ain3 Pot 4: Ain4 (SDA/I²C data overrides analog input) Pot 5: Ain5 (SCL/I²C clock overrides analog input) LCD 4x20: SCL & SDA (added LCD // note uses same pins A4 & A5) The included tutorials and software make it easy to get started, but there’s plenty of room to customize. If you’re looking for a robot arm that balances affordability, functionality, and fun, this is a fantastic choice. It’s not a gadget; it’s a hands‑on learning tool that sparks creativity and problem‑solving. Highly recommended for anyone curious about robotics and Arduino Uno programming.

It’s a fantastic hands-on tool for learning programming, robotics, and engineering concepts. The 5DOF design and Arduino compatibility make it perfect for beginners and experienced hobbyists. The open-source software and comprehensive tutorials are a huge plus, allowing endless customizations. I’m using it as a teaching kit in my middle school robotics class, and the students love it! They use it to learn how robotic arms work, and it’s sparked so much curiosity and creativity. Highly recommended for STEM educators!

I've been a fan since my last robot car purchase, and the miniArm is just as great!!! It's easy to assemble and very cool to play with. It uses Arduino and can be controlled with an app, so it's perfect for my project! Customer service is also really good. They reply back pretty fast and are very patient!
