I loved this water fountain. It is large especially if you have dogs and cats like me. It has 2 sections indicating the water levels. I use the max line which usually lasts at least 2 days for me. The fact that it is stainless steel is great because it makes it easy to clean and it does not harbour bacteria like more plastic products. The appearance is nice It is very easy to assemble and clean. The pump is silent. The performance of the fountain is amazing. It does not glitch. I have had other fountains and believe the pump start making noise or stops working altogether. You get great quality for the price. Don't lose the opportunity. Try It out and you won't regret it.

I'm a returning customer for this company so that says much about how good their product are, the product and the customer service are also among the top I've experienced.It's safe to say this fountain def is good for both pups and cats cuz the volume it can contain is large enough for multiple cats or dogs daily water intake.I had a smaller fountain from the same company but this 7L one is truly a surprise in a good way.It's amazingly big with full stainless steel body, everybody knows stainless steel is the best to help with slowing down bacteria and germ growth, and very easy to clean.This fountain also has the small water level window and blue light which are some of the most thing I was looking forward to. With the viewer window i dont really need to pull the whole pump and surface out like I used to to determine whether to add water.I've had it for a week and the water level only dropped half, so safe to say this size of fountain is def a good choice if you need to leave your independent fur balls at home for a couple of days and you dont need to worry about them not having enough water to drink.The fountain filter and pump is the universal ones thats easy to buy replacements from their store or cheaper options, and the parts are all very easy to disassemble to clean.For the noise, i'd say it has no sound except water from the sprout and that is even quieter than my fridge.Overall a 10/10 purchase and I've indeed recommended this to my friends cuz we all bought the smaller version before but now theres this bigger version, us crazy over-timers can OT at work with a peace in mind that our baby fur balls wont be dehydrated like we are (LOL)

We got this fountain because the stainless steel is supposed to be better for pets’ skin and we were having some cat acne problems with our plastic fountain. This fountain has the bonus of incredible capacity and it easily lasts us a week or more on one fill. It’s very easy to clean and we’ve even seen improvement in our cats’ skin!The fountain itself is sleek and modern and is very easy to put together, and works out of the box with strong, quiet flow. The window for checking the level is convenient and the blue light is gentle enough to not be distracting but acts as a very low nightlight which we love! Overall this fountain was a great purchase and we have no complaints!

This water dish is really nicely constructed... the water level indicator helps to see how much is left... cleaning the dish and taking apart the pump is easy enough for my elderly mother to do as she has a similar water dish with the same pump and filters... it is quiet and functions effortlessly... nice cord length ... easy to assembly... the design js great dor cats and smaller dogs... my 2 dogs are 60 and 120 pounds respectively and the dish is a bit too shallow for them... the shallowness of the dish for water retention is my only complaint and doesn't work for my dogs very well and I had to put a pet water dish mat down ... I wish this was at least a 3 gallon dish as my dogs go through the water fast and I have to fill it multiple times a day compared to the fountain they have had for a year... customer service is amazing and they respond and will make things right as my mom had a pump go out and they replaced it fast and easy... I have used dishes with this pump design for cats I had in The past and the pumps last a long time and are super inexpensive if you do have to purchase one... it wouldn't be a bad idea to have one on hand in the rare event it goes put since u can't just goto the store and grab another one especially for picky pets that won't drink out of anything nut their fountain... a great dish but just doesn't work for my dogs as it is shallow and I have to refill multiple times a day... it would probably work better for one dog but the way dogs drink might be an issue to some as they are pull the water back in their mouths compared to cats with sandpaper tounges... this is amazing for cats and smaller dogs... I wish it would work for my dogs better like the fountain they have had for a while... I would make the dish alot shallower and the water capacity alot bigger for large dogs... your dogs could have better success but mine make a mess with their size and big tounges... this is perfect for cats and smaller dogs...

This fountain is perfect for our 2 dogs. It holds a lot of water and I like that it’s stainless steel! The setup is super quick and it works like a charm. The parts are also easy to clean as well and it came with a little cleaning brush!

Looks greatPro tip guys: Fill with water and place in desired spot, then add extra water so that it becomes noisy to attract your cats to the water fountain. They may begin to play with the water before drinking it if they are new to water fountains. Afterwards you can easily use a tea cup to remove some of the water by letting it fill in the cup on the T spout. Another suggestion will be to remove cover and rinse filters if desired, but that will depend on the type of water you currently have in your home.My cats played with the water firstly before drinking from it so I thought I would share the above to anyone thinking about trying it for the first time.
