The spray nozzle doesn't spray well it send a stream. Otherwise the oil really does help. I have fibromyalgia and sleep comes hard for me. But this helps me stay asleep for the most part. But there is still some oil residue feeling even after I wake up the next day.

This stuff works. I’d been taking Magnesium glycinate supplements for migraines and helping with sleep. Heard about mag oil and tried a different brand once about 10 years ago but it stung slightly. Found this one and noticed the great reviews and had to purchase. It is GOOD. I take a bath and while my skin is slightly damp, I spray about 2-3 on each foot and massage it in for about 60 seconds. I’ll also use 1 spray on my abdomen and 1 on my back and I’ve slept really well and straight through the night. I’ve read that some felt the texture was ‘sticky’. I’ll say that I will wash my hands afterwards but it’s not overwhelming. A quick rinse of my hands and I’m good. There will absolutely be another purchase of this brand when needed. Highly recommend.
