Nutritionist recommended! Love it!
I’m always looking for smoothie options for my clients and for myself that won’t create a lot of bloating or digestive discomfort, but are high in protein with super clean ingredients, which surprisingly is actually kind of hard to find. I love the ingredients in this, they’re clean and simple and high in protein, I didn’t get bloated after it, which is a really good sign because I bloat from so many different types of protein, powders, and smoothies. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something Clean, simple, high protein, and easy to digest!

THE BESTTTT
Seriously, you don’t need any other breakfast. These smoothie kits totally live up to the hype. So easy, so tasty and kept me full for forever. I make mine with almond milk and a frozen banana. I even tried the chocolate with some frozen blueberries and it was sooooo good!!! 10/10 don’t miss out on this

Yuck
Had no real pistachio flavor and it was so full of different nuts and seeds that it was hard to get down. Ended up throwing it down the drain.

Pretty Good Meal Replacement Smoothie Mix
Here's what I really liked about the "JOVA Meal Replacement Smoothie Kit" and what makes it a Four Star item -1) The mix is the perfect size for the individual smoothie cup mixer that came with my Ninja blender set. That means, I pour the packet of mix into the cup, add the banana, and pour in the 1 measured cup of milk into the individual smoothie cup mixer and it hits the "Maximum Fill Line" give or take depending on the mass/volume of the banana I've used. So, that's excellent.2) The Jova mix is actually filling. AND I like the slightly gritty texture other reviewers complained about. That's just me, though. My wife complains that I CHEW my ice cream. I think everybody should chew their ice cream, but I don't insist on it. Actually, the Jova mix would probably be good with a dollop of ice cream mixed in as a treat but I've never consumed it that way. I have consumed it after taking a 25 mile bike ride on a fasting stomach starting about 4:30 a.m. and the Jova mix has held me over until about 9:30 a.m. That's pretty good. So, what keeps me from giving this Jova mix Five Stars? It could be a little more satisfying. I alluded to that in item #2, above, when I mentioned a dollop of ice cream. Here's the modification I actually made to the mix twice - I added a quarter cup of dry organic quick oats to the mix then just eye-balled the almond milk I added to the mixing cup before blending. Made a huge difference to me in terms of feeling satisfied although I will say it was technically not necessary as evidenced by my 25 mile bike ride experience. To the good, also, I let our teenager and a visiting cousin use the mixes after weight-lifting sessions and both teens provided positive feedback about the Jova mixes. This is a good product and I unreservedly recommend it.

Healthy mix, but gritty and unappetizing
For an instant smoothie, it's okay. The nutrition is good, but I really didn't enjoy the gritty texture it has from all the seeds in it. My blender isn't nearly strong enough to pulverize these little seeds to a smooth consistency. The taste isn't amazing either. I was expecting it to be overwhelmingly peanut butter to mask the unpleasant tastes of the healthy ingredients, but it actually wasn't. I can still taste the bitterness of the seeds. Not much of the coconut or oats though. It's not exactly a good value for a single serving. I feel like I could reproduce this for less, and enjoy it more, by making it at home with my own recipe instead: 1 spoon of rolled oats, 1 spoon of peanut butter, and 1 spoon of shredded coconut in a blender. Banana optional. Maybe not quite as nutritionally complete without the seeds, but a lot easier to stick to as a meal replacement.

The best morning smoothie!
These smoothie packs come in three flavors and all are so delicious! I have one right after the gym before I go to work and it’s quick and easy to make. A great source of protein to start my day and takes about 2 minutes in total. All flavors are great but my favorite is the pistachio!

TASTE GOOD. PACKAGE IS SMALL.
THE PACKAGE IS SMALLER THAN I EXPECTED.🙁..THE FLAVOR IS GOOD.. BUT THERE IS SOME CLUMPS & BUMPS IN THE POWDER.🤔I WILL USE THIS PACK AS THE FLAVOR IS GOOD & THE PACK IS SMALL.. BUT I WILL NOT BUY IT AGAIN..I WILL BUY REGULAR PEANUT POWDER.. WHICH HAS A SMOOTH RICH TASTE.. & NO CLUMPS & BUMPS.

Delicious!
This was so delicious. If I could afford these, I would buy more. But the cost of one shake is just too much for me. However, if you want a creamy, delicious, pistachio-y tasting protein drink, I think you'll really like this.
