The product is excellent
The product is very good for the price and works perfectly. (Disappointed things is no Battery inbuilt,No background music during the slide show )However, the seller side is disappointing. The title description shows a photo frame with 16 GB memory, but the detailed description says 32 GB, which is confusing. I asked the seller for clarification and received only one reply, then no follow-up. After the sale, they stopped responding completely. Very poor communication and unhelpful service. Overall, I’m disappointed with the seller — 0 stars.and product 4 Star

would not switch on
ordered a digital phot frame as a present for my son. he did not open straight away as he was moving house. the frame would not even switch on and seller will not exchange.
