These pieces represent exceptional cookware. They heat uniformly on our induction stove top. My wife finds them exceptionally easy to clean and consistently praises their overall performance. We have thoroughly enjoyed utilizing them for our culinary endeavors. The primary disadvantage is the initial cost, which may deter some, but in my assessment, the value justifies the expenditure. Considering the longevity of cookware, how long do most individuals retain their pots and pans? Ultimately, I believe this set will prove to be a worthwhile investment over time.

Top of the line, worth every penny. Heats and cooks evenly, non stick. Cleans up easy.

I'm hard to please for cooking pans. These are taking some load off my copper stainless. I'll still use those for summers and brazing. These are phenomenal everyday pans. They will sear and brown, unlike non stick. The clean up great. Be careful of two things. Lid handles get scorching hot. No insulation. The pans are quick to heat up and transmit heat. I burned a few onions till I figured it out.

I came across this cookware when I found out that it's what Gordon Ramsey uses. I always try to decide if you're paying for the name but now that I have these, I really like them. They are solid (not lightweight). The nonstick surface is very good and they hold heat very well.

I was on the fence about buying hexclad for a long time and finally purchased before Christmas. I wish I would’ve done so years ago - they’re great! Mentioned my purchase at a staff meeting and a coworker also raved about them. I do wish the lids would be interchangeable for space saving purposes. I’ve been handwashing and using med-low heat. I have had no issues with food sticking. Just buy them - they are worth it.

so i was worried about them not being the right sizes. i was worried to throw out all my old stuff, but once i started using, i realized they were perfect. and they fit so nicely stacked in my cupboard that it isn’t a big mess. i bought the full set. i donated my old stuff, and i am very pleased with the quality of my new !

Beautiful, heavy, nonstick cookware with a glass lid for every piece. Currently using on an older glass top electric range, and it has been easy to control the heat distribution. Can't wait for our induction range! Definitely a major purchase, but so far it has been a pleasure to use.

If I tell you everything I LOVE about this set, it would take up more than I have room - LOL! Wow, I have thrown away every single other pot & pan away! These are so easy to clean, provide even cooking, extremely sturdy! We are foodies & cooking is our hobby, it’s like cooking with professional cookware! Buy this!
