It’s hard with so many companies to know if the peripheral you buy is going to end up working within 90 days.I’ve had my share of quest accessories not working out.The most important thing to know is if you get this you’ll have quality support.When the battery fully drained, an event that happened when my controllers were in a travel case the left battery would no longer boot.Hi blocks sent me two new batteries that didn’t have that design issue. Something about not being able to hold power anymore.It seems they knew it was an issue and worked to fix it, as well as helped me get a replacement at no cost.That’s why I’m writing this review.I like the sleeves these controllers come with and yes they charge easy enough through the controller handle.Battery life is not an issue for the controller and the stand is super convenient to stick them on after a session.I wouldn’t say the charge off the back cable is great but it’s something and I’d rather have it than nothing ( though I use a laptop cord to charge my Q3).The one thing I couldn’t figure out was how to get the tiny little wrist loops through the controller case, very challenging as the hole in the bottom of the sleeve is so tiny.I opted not to game with it, I have not had an issue.The design and material on the sleeves are top notch, they’re actually better than the other brand I bought just for that reason ( but these can charge through).Solid set and I’m very happy I purchased it.If you’re looking for rechargeable high capacity controllers with a non slip grip and charge through this is it.It might be a bit more pricey but it’s worth it and the customer service making sure if you have an issue down the road is well worth it

This is finally working after an Amazon replacement. The first unit would start beeping and flashing red/green whenever I put the headset on it. (The controllers charged OK.) When I got the replacement, the exact same thing happened. I was about to ship the both units back when I thought of swapping out the 45W power block. That did the trick! Everything appears to be working OK now.
