Absolutely love this product. I wish I saw that butane wasn't included but it worked out. I’m not an expert at this but I do love how easy it is to use for an amateur like myself. I Have used it twice and haven't had any issues. I love a variety of wood chips as well as how quality of the torch is. This is best with a smaller pour to really get the smoke in there but still gives a great taste to it.

This whiskey smoker kit looks amazing and feels high quality. The presentation is very elegant, making it an excellent gift or something nice to treat yourself with. We bought it as a gift, and the person who received it absolutely loved it. It definitely exceeded my expectations great packaging, easy to use, and makes drinks feel extra special.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: We were at Burma Love restaurant and saw the bartender make a drink with a smoke gadget. It seemed so easy so we asked what the brand was. The bartender said it was Yilador and she bought it on Amazon. As soon as we got home, we ordered it. It was as easy to use as it was for the bartender. We were surprised also that so many types (6) and a good quantity of wood chips were included with the initial purchase. We use it all the time now with our favorite cocktails (Old Fashioned and Negroni). One other surprise is that it does not set off our smoke alarm. Anyway, we highly recommend this product to anyone who loves the taste of smoke cocktails or wants to make a fancier cocktail or show off to guests.

Overall great product especially for the price, instructions are clear. The torch is hit or miss and somewhat difficult to use, but otherwise it is really cool and honestly does add flavor to the whiskey.

I love this is kit. It was given to me as a gift and I have used at least 6 different times. With the holiday being tomorrow, I fully plan to dazzle my guests and serve some fun and exciting things. Customer Service with this company has also been above and beyond. I have talked to them and every time I feel like I am discussing things with a friend who wants to help me get things working and corrected or even just teach me how. I have no issues, just fun and creativity. I highly recommend if you are going for a really good smoker from a good company, Yilador is the way to go.

This was bought as a Christmas gift for my brother in law who loves whiskey and smoking foods. He absolutely loved it, and started using it right away! The box looked absolutely stunning, and it was easy to use. Would highly recommend for any whiskey connoisseur in your life!

Gave as a Christmas present and doesn’t work. Charged for 4 hours still not working. Can’t return as the window is closed very disappointing. After posting a poor review, the company replaced the smoker and kit free of charge and was very interested in correcting the issue. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the quick response. I am very happy to say that the replacement was in perfect working condition and my son in law is so happy. Thank you to Nora, who contacted me and the company for standing by their product.

Love this product. Works great, wish the charge would last a little longer but it otherwise this smoker kit is an amazing addition to my bar.

Arrived with top acrylic window broken. It was well packaged so I don't understand how that could have happened other than that it must have been packaged already broken. Based on other reviews, quality control is an issue with this manufacturer/item.
