Very easy to use and to connect. I also really like the software in the phone app, I just set and forget.

I found these relatively easy to set up and use. The “gateway” and the device both need to be “paired” and that could be confusing to a lot of people. Ultimately, I like that I can work with them through an app from (literally) any where.

We bought our Sprinkler Timer for a different application, and it works amazing. We live in Florida and while traveling to other counties our swimming pool water evaporates making hard the filtration of the water. But now using this item we leave a hose in the pool and when we see on the cameras that our pool needs water, we just turn on the Sprinkler timer from the app and increase the level of our swimming pool without the need of having call a friend to do this for us. I highly recommend this item. Works EXCELLENT!

My town called me to let me know I was leaking 10 gph 24-7! I traced it to this faulty valve! Works find on, but leaks 10 gph when it's off! The POS stopped working so I replaced the two AA batteries and after a minute, it started working again. The new batteries were 1.680V vs 1.534V which should've worked fine! The old timer has much older batteries and it's still working, though it's a different brand, but looks slightly different and works with Wi-Fi as this one was advertised to do so!Previously, I said: I gave the previous version of this product 5 stars because it worked as advertised, but this one failed after pairing and passing the initial test with flying colors; however, a week later when I opened the app, I couldn't connect without turning Bluetooth on and walking to within 30m of the device!You cannot call yourself "Wi-Fi" and then require Bluetooth be on to use! It's fine when you're setting it up because, presumably you're home and expect to mess with it, but once it's set, you should be able to forget the details and be able to access it from anywhere in the world as long as your AP is connected to the Internet. Well, that's clearly not the case here! BTW, I am using the hub from the first timer and the app recognizes both timers, so I assume it's compatible because I got no error messages from this configuration.

I have this hooked to a water hose sprayer on a pole to keep peacocks from sitting on my shed. They sit there and crap in the exact same spot every night and it's become a problem. Now at dusk I just walk onto the porch and turn it on and spray them off. They are smart if I move the pole or never spray it they come back so even if nothing is there I'll hit it once in a while and that keeps them away.

Will definitely buy this again. Initially had some issues connecting it to my wifi to use remotely but one quick email to the help center and I got a prompt response that had me connected. The app offers plenty options for watering and the product is quite sturdy. Time will tell about the durability but for the price excellent.

The prior garden hose timer I had started to leak badly and nothing I tried addressed the problem. That’s why I purposely looked for one with a metal connector. It is great, without a drip happening.The Bluetooth connection and the phone app are simple, yet extensive, in the control it gives you over when (day and time) to water, how long to water, and whether or not to hold off watering because of rain. I’m very happy with this item and would buy it again in an instant.
