This review is for the Kindle Fire version.My daughter loved the episode and wanted the book. We hoped that the Kindle Fire version would read it to you, but it doesn't. To add insult to injury, the words are too small and zooming each page after you turn each page is very annoying. If you are a fan of Dora, then get the book or dvd because its a fun story. But avoid the Kindle Fire version at all costs until they improve it. The low selection of children's books that read to you puts the Kindle Fire at a competitive disadvantage against the Nook Tablet. This is one of my biggest beefs about the Kindle Fire and I hope they improve all the children's books being offered.

I find it rather wordy for a 2 year old, but she doesn't mind. The illustrations are nice and bright, it is a hardback so a little more sturdy than her other Dora books (I wish it was available in a boardbook version)The best part is that there is a Dora movie with the same illustrations (and presumably the same story line) available in the iTunes store. We watch the free preview and it makes her more excited to re-read the book.

This was not an easy read on my iPad. Also, I read what another reviewer said about it conveying the true meaning of Christmas and was hoping to find at least a glimpse of the Christian message. Not there, although it was about being 'nice.' I deleted this book and didn't even read it to my grandchildren, it may be Dora but it was also boring. Wasted money on this one.

This was another pleasant surprise. The book is quite colorful and appears more sturdy than some of the other hardbacks that I have bought from the Dora line. Story follows traditional Dora setup and includes Santa. Good Christmas eve story, 4 year old dora fan really enjoyed the book

A cute little story about Swiper related to the classic story Christmas Carol. He must visit himself both in the past and in the future and perform good deeds to get off Santa's naughty list. My 2 year old loves Dora and this book was an instant hit!

Great book for my niece who loves Dora. Nice addition to her collection, and a book that has more text to help develop better reading skills.

My daughter loves this book. Even when it is not Christmas time, she loves this book, highly recommended! More Dora books on kindle advised!

My daughter really likes Dora and she liked this book. It is a good version of an old tale and very easy to understand.
