I am getting 144 Hz at native 2K resolution, which means it is definitely 18 Gbps (HDMI 2.0).Cheaper alternatives are available, but there might be issues with compatibility, resolution, or refresh rate. So, if you can spend a little extra, just go for it. Buying a good-quality product never hurts.
