I am disappointed by this vendor's

The first time I bought, out of 100 LEDs 22 we faulty. Then I ordered a replacement, and 34 of these LEDs are faulty. The error % has increased many fold. This shows that OLatus Systems does not believe in product testing.We have to go thru the rigmarole of ordering, waiting & returning without any time invested in the purpose itself. I am disappointed by this vendor's product
