Great product
Used these to make chicken baked in clay, they were perfect for that. Rehydrated really well, very pliable.

dried lotus leaves, bigger than expected
dried lotus leaves for wrappign and serving food with. The leaves are a lot bigger than I thoguht they would be. I somehow tought they woudl be similar in size to grape leaves. According to the info, they do need to be used within a certain window of time. So if you dont have an immedatie use for them, they can be stored in the freezer to extend the shelf life. If you like steamed foods ,these are a must-have.

EXCELLENT Product! Even my Chinese friends were impressed!
Reviewing: Rainlily Wen Brand “Rainlily Wen Dried Lotus Leaves Sushi Plate Decoration Whole Sheet 30 Pcs Food Wrapping Party Decoration Cooking Radius for 11'' Food Wrapping Party Making Lo Mai GAI “ (ASIN: B0D67FNXM5)I have never used Lotus Leaves before ordering these. First Impression: They are huge! Even my Chinese friends were impressed with them! They are so EASY to use! Just soak them in a pan of water for about a half-hour, then fill them with your favorite stuffings. I am using cooked sticky rice and vegetables. I did not have twine, but you don't need it! They are so big that you can just fold them over and wrap them like a large burrito. I would definitely recommend getting the larger ones, not the half-size smaller ones. If you only need smaller ones, you can always cut these in half! Then place them in your steamer. If you don't have a steamer, you can use a double-boiler or a smaller pan inside a larger one. Let it steam for about 15 minutes and ladle them out onto a plate with your favorite sides. Get some lychee for dessert, and you've got an easy meal. I also used them with rice that turns purple (one of the few purple things I like). Beautiful! If you order yours now, you can have them in time to practice cooking before the holidays for Chinese New Year! There are plenty in the bag – 30 large leaves, and after you open them, you only need to put them in the refrigerator where they will keep for about 3 months. (Only use what you need – don’t soak them all at once.) I think you could also put them in the freezer which would keep them fresher longer.I’m so H a P p Y I ordered Rainlily Wen’s Lotus Leaves! They will make your meals wonderfully appealing! It’s also a great way for children to learn about other cultures. They can even stuff their own leaves to make it more educational and enjoyable. I think these would make a great project for a school or homeschool around Chinese New Year which falls early next year at the end of January 2025.*************I gratefully received these Lotus Leaves in exchange for my unbiased, honest review. It was a very special treat to receive these Lotus Leaves. I was very impressed with them and can highly recommend them! Five stars!

Perfect for my lo mai gai
These are exactly what I needed to make lo mai gai (dim sum sticky rice chicken). I love dim sum and wanted to give a few dishes a try. One dish, lo mai gai, suggests using lotus leaves to wrap rather than parchment paper so you can get the aroma. They were right! Smells so yummy when steamed. These leaves seem big, but they are a perfect size to wrap rice in. Easily pliable after being soaked a few minutes.
