Having trained myself with the agility ladder (sticker) workouts years ago, I always wanted to train further on it and I decided to buy this ladder - a good decision indeed.There are 12 pieces to this ladder which form 11, length adjustable steps in total and setting it up barely takes two minutes; much lesser if you put it back neatly after previous usage.The ladder itself was delivered in its dedicated pouch (bag) with two elastic bands holding the strips on each side while inside the bag. Unpacking was a breeze and I put it to use not more than 5 minutes in to getting it out of the bag!The images I have shared speak for themselves and as for the quality of the product, it is good and the plastic used seems unbreakable; the color, fluorescent green looks very attractive and is easy to focus during workouts. I wish it glowed in the dark too but sadly, it doesn't but that is no problem at all.All in all, it is a good product but it better suits outdoors (rough surfaces) than indoor usage because you have to constantly keep adjusting the ladder if someone drags it along during the workout, especially on smooth surfaces.It meets my requirements - agility, mobility, endurance, and cardio (weight loss) training as I use it in my fitness centre where I train hundreds of people.Pricing could have been lesser though. I bought this one for nearly Rs. 700/- INR here.

It's pretty long. Sturdy enough and has a good amount of spacing between each step. The packaging is wonderful. It does come with a pouch. Easy to use too!

Good

This is absolutely fantastic value. Quality is great and a fraction of the price of the more 'reputed' brands. It comes in a snug cover and another nice feature (which wasn't advertised) is that it has a nice neon-isque glow in the dim early morning light.
