I think it is sturdy quality build. Hinges are good and firm and stay in any position you set them. The bulb is also ok, as for the healthy purpose i still have to test it on longer period of time.

ich finde diese lampe höchst sinnvoll und praktisch. wer sie verwendet, sollte sich erst mal über die vorteile des infrarotlichts schlau lesen, sehr spannend. sie ist in der anwendung recht praktisch, da sie sich gut einstellen lässt und man so alle teile des körpers erreicht. im übrigen ist sie auch eine schnelle wärmelampe, wenn es mal schnell warm werden soll. sehr angenehm.
