So DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED. Received VGO face cream w jar containing less than 1/2 of the product that should be available. Appears this jar of cream/product was previously USED. The plastic round white seal/disc, that normally separates the top of the jar and the lid, was laying UNUSED in the box. UNCERTAIN if cream received is actually a VGO product. This is definitely a DANGEROUS and DISGUSTING way to sell a USED UNKNOWN product. Can’t imagine a company such as VGO attempting to sell their products in this manner. As to skin care and skin softness, I can’t validate either the quality nor the effectiveness of this cream; I was afraid to use this UNKNOWN product on my face. Received product does have a light pleasant scent and is very light pink in color. The product I RECEIVED is definitely NOT a good value for anyone’s money. And definitely an UNSAFE way to sell merchandise. Unfortunately I have to give this “VGO Pro-Xylane Rejuvenating Face Cream” a1-star rating. I would give a NO star rating and/or a huge ZERO (0) if available. SO DISAPPOINTED!

I just open this product, and the container was half of the product of face cream, this is fraud.
